xAgent ID organizes public company information into source-grounded profiles, measures public AI readiness, and can propose or apply approved changes to a narrow list of machine-readable files. It does not take control of the customer website.

Privacy

Information we use

Verified domain, public website data, selected modules, operational receipts, audit history, and contact information supplied during checkout or support.

Payment data

Card details are entered directly with Stripe. xAgent ID stores provider identifiers, payment status, plan, domain, and Agent ID, but not raw card numbers.

Evidence and telemetry

AI crawler, citation, analytics, and conversion evidence is collected only when the customer enables the relevant connector. Missing evidence remains pending, not zero.

Control

Customers may pause collection, revoke a connector, rotate credentials, or request deletion subject to security, billing, and legal retention requirements.

Terms of service

The customer confirms authority over each enrolled domain. Identity and paid services are bound to that verified domain and may not be used to impersonate another website.

Automation is deny-by-default. It may affect only the machine-readable files explicitly allowed by the customer policy. Page content, pricing, legal text, source code, databases, and deployment credentials are excluded unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Suggestions and readiness scores are technical evidence, not a guarantee of search ranking, AI citation, recommendation, traffic, revenue, or Marketplace approval. A change counts as established only after the expected state, website receipt, and public re-fetch agree.

Seven A2A skills: current availability

The seven declared A2A skills are separate from optional Agent Store work skills. Their current access and data limits are described in the terms. Optional work-skill slots are not enabled.

  • Website readiness audit

    Available through the current A2A interface for deterministic public website audits. Paid model reasoning requires separate authorization and an eligible plan; unavailable reasoning is reported as unavailable.

  • AI citation evidence

    Limited: current A2A requests return the shared website audit. Dedicated A0-A5 citation retrieval is not available through this skill; actual external citations require separate observed provenance.

  • AI recommendation readiness

    Limited: current A2A requests return shared website readiness findings and evidence gaps. They do not prove that an AI engine recommended the website or guarantee recommendations.

  • Order-intake assessment

    Limited: current A2A requests use the shared website audit to assess declared order-intake and form readiness. No order, booking, payment or delivery is executed or confirmed.

  • Website decision intelligence

    Conditional: reads existing tenant-private A0-A5/B1 observations with required authorization, scopes and paid-plan access. Missing or insufficient observations remain unknown; no new model probe is run.

  • Enterprise Card query

    Not generally available: requires a verified host and owner-approved claims. Approval storage is process-local and the server approval flow is unfinished; missing claims return unavailable. Read-only, without independent verification of claims or transactions.

  • Product information lookup

    Not generally available: reads available owner-approved claims from the same Enterprise Card for product and service enquiries, with the same unfinished approval-storage and server-flow limits. Missing approved data returns unavailable; no negotiation, order, payment or commitment is made.

Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time from the authenticated customer Dashboard. Stripe subscriptions open a short-lived Stripe-hosted management page; Google Marketplace subscriptions remain managed in Google Cloud Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the provider confirms otherwise.

Refund review

Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider, applicable law, and whether the paid service period has started. Contact us with the verified domain and provider receipt ID; no refund is promised before review.

Plan changes

Upgrades and downgrades are managed through the provider's billing portal. Any proration, credit, or effective date is shown by the provider before confirmation.

Billing errors

Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges are reviewed promptly. Never send card numbers, private keys, or Site Agent Keys by email.

Service delivery

Buy on this website: go to xagent.id, enter your company domain, choose Identity or AInbox, and pay by card. Domain verification follows payment. Agentic and Operate website checkout is not open.

Billing activation does not prove service delivery. Customer operator authorization and customer policy remain required before publication or execution.
